The Homecare Spiritual Fellowship is an Interdenominational fellowship of born again Christians who are committed to praying for salvation of whole households. The HSF is both a movement a membership organization with over 4000 membership spread over the branches. Homecare was registered with the Kenyan government in 1985.

Today the ministry has grown from 25 praying people to 21 branches of prayer in Kenya, Tanzania, Canada and an affiliation in Zimbabwe. And for this we give Jehovah all the praise!
